New Briefing Notes available

Enviros has produced two new briefing notes; Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and The Renewable Energy Strategy. In addition, following an announcement by Defra, changes have been made to the Carbon Reduction Commitment briefing note.

Display Energy Certificates (DECs)
This briefing note outlines the details of DECs, required by public sector organisations from 1st October this year, and what affected organisations need to do to obtain one.

The Renewable Energy Strategy
This briefing note outlines the key elements of the Renewable Energy Strategy which was published for consultation on 26th June 2008.

The Carbon Reduction Commitment: Updated Proposals
Following an announcement by Defra in July 2008 proposals for the Carbon Reduction Commitment have been updated.
