Enviros presents at RICS environment seminars

UK Waste Policy

Jonathan Davies Commercial Director for Resource Management at Enviros, will be presenting at the RICS seminar on UK Waste Policy.

The event, held at the Shrewsbury Gateway in Shrewsbury on Thursday 22 January, will look at how the European Landfill Directive has brought change to the waste industry. Jonathan will talk about how local authorities can deliver European Waste Legislation at a local level.

Waste, Water, Flooding and the Environment

Louise Beale, Land Quality Consulting Group Manager at Enviros, will be giving a series of presentations at the RICS Waste, Water, Flooding and the Environment seminars over the coming months. Louise will be presenting along side speakers from BRE and the Environment Agency.

Aimed at RICS members, including building surveyors, land managers and property managers, the seminars will provide information and advice on dealing with waste, tackling environmental risks and looking at ways to deal with water, flooding and its aftermath.

Louise's presentation, entitled Environmental Risk Assessment, will focus on the process of contaminated land risk assessment with supporting case studies highlighting the importance of getting it right first time.
